So after working out really hard yesterday I wanted to have a bit of a welnessday today, so I got myself a cucumber, lemons and ginger and I’m going to set up a jar of detox water! I’m constantly drinking to little and my skin is never really getting good just better and worse again. I hope this will work!
I want to loose a bit of weight over the next few weeks is anyone interested in joining me? The program will include loooooaaaaads of workout (just kidding, but it is a very important part), carbs only for breakfast and only small portions (so no sweets at all, which will be freaking hard for me as I always get free sweets at work), loads of proteins and vitamins, loads of water (I’m thinking about trying detox waters) and maybe sharing inspirational stuff on your blog and also your outcome.
